¡á General Theory of Turnbuckle
¤ý Turnbuckle is a device for adjusting of wire rope, chan and wire rod.
¤ý The service load of the turn buckle is the linearly acting maximum load.
¤ý Never apply more force than the turnbuckle's assigned Safe Working Load (SWL/WLL) rating.
¤ý Never used for lifting applications.
¤ý Turnbuckle assembly combinations include: Eye and Eye, Hook and Hook, Hook and Eye, Jaw and Jaw, Jaw
    and Eye.
¤ý Forged jaw ends are fitted with bolts and nuts for 3/8¡Èthrough 5/8¡È, and pins and cotters on 3/4¡È through 2-3/4¡È
   sizes.
¤ý Turnbuckle bolt male screws must be joined to the Turnbuckle body female screw range.
¤ý If it has deformed parts, these must be replaced immediately.
¤ý Turnbuckle eyes are forged and elongated, by design, to maximize easy attachment in the system and
minimize stress in the eye. For turnbuckles sized 1/4¡Èthrough 2-3/4¡È, a shackle one size smaller can be reeved
    through the eye.
¤ý The locking nut should be used to avoid or reduce the loosening of the turnbuckle.
¤ý The turn buckle should be inspected for deformation, wearing or defect within at least 6 months.
¤ý The products which exceed the limit of 5% in deformation or wearing should be relieved of their load and
    replaced with new ones.
¤ý The turn buckle is designed to be assembled with a shackle which is one size lower than the turn buckle
